Mike is an Associate working in the Dispute Resolution and Property departments.
Mike joined the firm as a Paralegal in the Property department in August 2015 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2017. He is currently working within the Dispute Resolution and Property departments.
Mike’s work centres on both contentious and non -contentious commercial and residential property related matters, as well as debt recovery and property possession proceedings.
Before joining the firm, Mike read Law at Keele University before completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Holborn, achieving a commendation.
Away from the office Mike is obsessed with rugby and is an avid Leicester Tigers supporter, although he currently holds a season ticket at Harlequins.
Acted for a national regulatory body in wide ranging debt recovery matters;
Acted for individuals and regulatory bodies in possession proceedings of residential and commercial property;
Acted for a medium sized commercial tenant in bringing proceedings for a new tenancy under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954;
Assisted with a high profile boundary dispute on The Bishops Avenue;
Assisted on the property aspects of a £3 million financing of a solar farm company.
