We are available to assist in all the legal aspects of the relationship between employers and employees.

Our employer clients include and range from multinational oil and gas companies, international freight companies, construction companies, advertising, production companies and tech start-ups through to schools, political organisations, hotels, restaurants, and small family businesses.  We also act for employees, from junior staff through to senior level executives.

We pride ourselves on understanding your business or line of work, so that we can offer pragmatic, bespoke solutions, tailored to your needs.  Acting for both employers and employees allows us to anticipate the other side’s response to our actions, and we use this to your advantage.

We want our employer clients to be able to look upon us as an “in-house” service, seamlessly fitting in with your own HR and/or management teams.

  • General day-to-day advice

  • Drafting contracts and policies

  • Advising in relation to disciplinary and grievance procedures (and conducting these on behalf of our clients when requested to do so)

  • How to approach / avoid disputes in the workplace

  • Recruitment

  • Redundancies (both small and large scale) and restructuring

  • TUPE transfers

  • Restrictive covenants

  • Team moves
