Ali is a Solicitor in the Family Department.
Before joining the firm, Ali read Politics at the University of Leeds, and completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP in London achieving a Commendation in both.
Ali is a member of Resolution and volunteers for the Charity I Can Be which brings young girls into the world of work, introducing them to professional women and teaching them about the breadth of opportunity available to them.
During her training contract, Ali undertook seats in the following departments: Dispute Resolution & Family, Employment Law, Private Client and Property.
Negotiating Settlement Agreements on behalf of Employees and Employers;
Advising Employees on the terms of Settlement Agreements;
Advising on Employers and Employees on all aspects of the Redundancy process;
Making applications under Section 8 of the Children Act 1989;
Inheritance Act claim;
Sale and Purchase of leasehold property.
